GOOD NEWS! We will be returning to the City Park as usual for this year’s festival! If you have attended previously you know this is a fantastic setting on the beach and a good time is assured for all.
“Thieves’ Row” for 2024! We have plenty of spaces available for vendors to set up and sell their wares during the festival this year! Vendor spots are 12’x12′ and there are limited utilities available.
Thieves’ Row is going to be arranged in and around the city park, set back from the beach (See map below). Most vendor sites are level and grassy.
- No tent stakes or other ground penetrations are allowed due to an underground sprinkler system. We recommend you secure your tent with weights instead.
- Some shade is available from trees, but only during the afternoon and not for all spots. Be prepared for lots of sun!
- No trailers are allowed in the park. You can park by curbside and unload, but then you need to move your trailer to over night parking on the streets or in the lots near the park (or other space nearby as you can find it). Parking is free anywhere in town, unless No Parking signs are posted. Just be sure to obey any posted signage about reserved spaces or hours. Especially be aware that the long parking spots next to the marina are reserved for boat trailer parking until 2:00pm.
- Power and water is available in a few places. We prefer vendors to be standalone, but it you require utilities, please let us know before you sign up and pay the fee, no generators.
The Cedar Key Pirate Invasion Weekend is open to the public and free of charge. The entire town of Cedar Key and all visiting tourists are free to attend the festival as often as they wish.
Thieves’ Row will be open at the following times:
Friday, Nov. 1st – 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday, Nov. 2nd – 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday, Nov. 3rd – 10:00am – 3:00pm
Setup will be Friday morning before noon. Takedown will be after 3:00pm on Sunday. Vendors must provide tents and tables. We are unable to accommodate early setups on Thursday due to city regulations. However, you can start as early as you like on Friday.
There is free parking on the streets and the lots near the park. If you’re staying at nearby hotels you will have parking as well. Or you can park on the street just about anywhere in town that’s not posted No Parking. Especially be aware that the long parking spots next to the marina are reserved for boat trailer parking until 2:00pm. No security is provided by the town of Cedar Key, the BlackClam Productions, or the event promoters. Vendors are solely responsible for securing their booths and wares.
The fee for a 12’x12′ spot will be $175. Or get a 24’x12′ for $350. Need more space? Contact us!
Please take note: Vendor fees are non-refundable!
All vendors will be reviewed and approved for participation. “Pirate Themed” vendors are preferred! Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We also encourage all vendors to get into the spirit and dress like a pirate. Send no money with your application. If you are accepted for the event, you will be contacted with payment instructions and additional details.
